つい先日、牧場キャンプに家族で飛び入り参加したばかりだというのに、
今度は、大阪と横浜に住む親戚が遊びに来てくれたので、またもや磯沼ミルクファームへ。

なんと、今回は牧場でのチーズ作りという貴重な体験をさせてもらっちゃいました。
これは僕も初めてだったので大興奮！

お盆休み最終日という人も多いせいか、いつも以上にたくさんの人で賑わう磯沼牧場。
僕たちは、のんびりと牛小屋や放牧地を散歩して回る。

親戚のお子さんたち（高校1年生・中学1年生）は、こんなに近くで牛と触れ合う機会がなかったようで、
最初はちょっと恐る恐る・・・少しずつ牛たちの頭や体を撫でてあげていました。

放牧地には5頭くらいの牛が出ていて、「ヴォー、ヴォー」と声を出してみたら、
「なんだ？なんだ？」と集まってきた！なんか嬉しい（笑）

牧場の事務所方面へ戻ると、牧場主の磯沼さんが「チーズ作ってく？」と声をかけてくれました。
実は、この磯沼牧場は「世界一小さなチーズ工房」でもあるんです。
実際に、牧場内の直売所のほか、八王子の駅ビル「セレオ磯沼牧場」ほか、
八王子市内を中心に各所で、磯沼牧場産のチーズや乳製品が販売されています。

このミルクが入った瓶（細かく言うと、ミルクそのままの状態ではない）を、とにかく振る！
大人2人、高校生1人、中学生1人、小学生1人でシェイクシェイクを3回転。
ついにできあがったのが、こちら。

スーパーなどで売っているチーズとは全然違います。
ミルクのジェラートを食べている、そんな感じかな。
